This hotel was very conveniently located - between International Drive and Universal Drive - and within walking distance of several restaurants, a Walgreen's, Icon Park, Pirate's Cove (mini golf), Ripley's Believe or Not and other attractions. The rooms were of decent size (though they were smaller than how they looked in the photos) and the kitchenette was a nice convenience, especially for families. The breakfast was of a good quality (though it lacked variety day by day). Lots of parking spots available (though at a cost).

The location, breakfast options, cleanliness of the room and entire hotel, friendliness of staff - especially Rosetta at front desk, she's an asset to the hotel. I'm happy that I still gave this hotel a chance, prayed about it and didn't let the other negative reviews change my mind. I would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect just behind the main bars in middle of I Drive. Loads of parking and so easy to access from both I Drive and Universal Blvd.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed everything. First off all i was Thankful for my early check inn & late check out. Friendly & nice staff, top location walking distance from so many attractions & restaurants, great breakfast

The breakfast was really good, lots of options. The kitchen and breakfast staff was really nice, they would answer questions about places to go.

In the room is included dish detergent, one dish cloth and paper towels, but there is no sponge available. Parking may be free if you stay many nights. Laundry is 4,00 per load (same price for drying). The laundry detergente is 2,00. Once you pay with a card, be careful and verify after check-out if everything is correct. This hotel has a very good cost-benefit relation, and I would stay there again. Rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning has individual control, but you will hear the equipment engines working. We bought frozen and ready-to-eat food at Walmart and prepared easily at night.
